ESR Winter Party 2017

Join us for dinner and dancing and see your running buddies in all of their finery.  No sweaty running clothes allowed!

The 2017 ESR Holiday Party will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. at the fabulous North Kirkland Community Center, 12421 103rd Ave. NE, Kirkland.  Hope to see you all there!  

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT --  for those who sign up before December 15, the party costs only $15 for members.  After December 15, the price increases to $20.  Non-member guests pay $30.  Due to the need to finalize things with the caterer, no late registrations (after January 2) will be accepted.  

ANNUAL AWARD – Anyone who volunteered at an ESR race (Mt Si, ESR 5k, Labor Day Half) and is present at the Winter Party, will be entered in a drawing for a prize!

PICTURES – We will have a slide show displaying pictures from the past year. If you would like to include any pictures, please email tanovillo@hotmail.com no later than January 2nd. Please name each picture with a different name for ease of downloading/saving pictures. Pictures will not be accepted after January 2nd. No exceptions will be made.

SONG REQUESTS FOR DJ – please email list to tanovillo@hotmail.com no later than January 2nd. No requests will be accepted after January 2nd.
